Job Description
ob Description We are seeking experienced HSE Officers / Safety Officers to join an Oil & Gas operation in the UAE. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance across project and site activities. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of overall HSE/Safety experience, including at least 3 years in the Oil & Gas industry. Responsibilities Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety standards at the worksite Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and unsafe practices Ensure compliance with company HSE procedures and applicable UAE safety regulations Monitor safe working practices across construction, maintenance, and operational activities Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and HSE awareness sessions Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe occurrences Prepare and maintain HSE inspection, incident, and safety reports Identify potential workplace hazards and recommend appropriate corrective measures Monitor the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Assist in risk assessments and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) Ensure compliance with Permit to Work (PTW) requirements Coordinate emergency response and participate in emergency drills Monitor housekeeping and site conditions to maintain a safe working environment Liaise with supervisors, workers, and management on HSE-related matters Follow up on corrective and preventive actions to ensure timely closure
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Total 5 years of overall HSE/Safety experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry
- Relevant HSE certifications will be considered an added advantage
