Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Print Production Coordinator to oversee production planning and workflow coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth communication between the design and production teams while managing job schedules, materials, and production timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• * Coordinate job scheduling and production timelines.
• * Plan and monitor material requirements for ongoing projects.
• * Liaise between the design and production teams to ensure a smooth workflow.
• * Track job progress and ensure timely completion of production orders.
• * Prepare and maintain production schedules and reports.
• * Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material procurement as required.
• * Ensure production processes meet quality standards and delivery deadlines.
• * Maintain accurate production records and documentation.

Requirements

• * Experience coordinating print production, job scheduling, and workflow management.
• * Familiarity with Odoo or similar ERP systems is an advantage.
• * Strong organizational and time management skills.
• * Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• * Ability to multitask and work effectively under tight deadlines.
• * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
