Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills and cultural fit
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from screening to offer negotiations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices in the hospitality sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with candidates and hiring managers
