Job Description

We are looking for professional, well-presented, and customer-focused Hostesses to join our premium dining team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering a warm welcome while efficiently managing reservations, seating arrangements, and guest communications. The Hostess will play a key role in creating an exceptional guest experience by ensuring smooth restaurant operations, maximizing table utilization, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• * Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner.
• * Escort guests to their tables and create a positive first impression.
• * Manage reservations, walk-ins, and seating arrangements efficiently.
• * Handle telephone and online reservations accurately.
• * Coordinate seating plans to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction.
• * Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
• * Maintain accurate guest records and reservation details.
• * Communicate guest preferences and special requests to the service team.
• * Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• * Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• * Prepare daily reservation reports and updates.
• * Ensure compliance with company SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards.
• * Attend training sessions and team meetings.
• * Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• * Female candidates are preferred.
• * Previous experience as a Hostess, Guest Relations Executive, Receptionist, or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
• * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• * Pleasant personality with a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• * Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• * Proficiency in reservation management systems and basic computer applications is an advantage.
• * Good organizational and time management skills.
• * Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
