Job Description

The Kitchen Crew will assist the culinary team with daily food preparation, basic cooking activities, kitchen organisation, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist chefs and kitchen staff with daily food preparation
• Wash, peel, cut, and prepare ingredients
• Assist with basic cooking and food preparation
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas and equipment
• Properly store and handle food ingredients
• Assist with receiving and organising kitchen supplies
• Support the kitchen team during busy operations
• Minimise food wastage
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures
• Perform other duties assigned by the chef or supervisor

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of kitchen operations
• Good physical stamina and ability to work for extended hours
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
