Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance checks on kitchen equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems
• Keep maintenance logs and records of all repairs
• Coordinate with other staff to ensure minimal disruption during maintenance work
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Assist in ordering parts and equipment for repairs
• Perform emergency repairs as needed

Requirements

• Technical diploma or equivalent in a related field
• Proven experience in maintenance or repair roles
• Strong understanding of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
