Key Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers to ensure project timelines are met.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of electrical work.
• Mentor and train junior electrical staff and apprentices.
• Prepare and submit technical reports to management.
• Manage resources and inventory for electrical projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a Diploma in Electrical.
• Minimum 3 years experience for Btech holders in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Minimum 6 years experience for Diploma holders in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and project management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
