Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and baking of various types of bread
• Ensure adherence to cooking standards and health regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
• Operate conventional and combi ovens efficiently
• Support senior chefs in daily kitchen tasks
• Monitor inventory and assist in stock management
• Participate in kitchen training and development sessions

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a commercial kitchen
• Proven experience in bread-making and bakery processes
• Knowledge of working with conventional and combi oven equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Team player with good communication skills
