Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of bulk bakery items, focusing on bread production
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Operate conventional and combi oven equipment effectively
• Help maintain organization and cleanliness in the kitchen
• Collaborate with kitchen team to meet production schedules
• Participate in inventory management and stock control
• Support in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff
• Contribute to menu development through creative input

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a commercial kitchen
• Proven experience in bulk production of bread
• Knowledge of conventional and combi oven operation
• No pastry experience required, focus on bread making
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with good communication skills
