Job Description

As a Business Development Professional, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pre-Qualification of new manufacturers with clients.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities through market analysis, networking, and lead generation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, prospects, and partners.
  • Create customized sales pitches, presentations, and proposals to communicate our products/services to potential clients.
  • Meet targets in the new business development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales & Commercial operations) to develop business strategies and initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends, competitors, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and business development activities.
  • Participate in regular business development meetings and team-building activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any major.
  • Experience in sales or business development.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent in English Communication in all forms.
