Job Description

The Service Crew will support daily food-service operations by assisting customers, handling orders, maintaining service areas, and ensuring efficient and courteous service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers professionally
• Take and serve food orders accurately
• Assist with food and beverage service
• Prepare tables and service areas
• Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas
• Clear tables and replenish service items
• Respond to customer requests appropriately
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely service
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Support the team during busy service periods
• Follow company procedures and supervisor instructions
