We are seeking passionate Commis chefs (I, II, III) to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a Commis, you will work under the supervision of our experienced chefs, gaining hands-on experience and developing your cooking skills. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of various dishes.
• Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety standards are met.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team on menu items and presentation.
• Contribute to daily food inventory and stock checks.
• Participate in training and development sessions.
• Support senior chefs in kitchen operations as needed.
• Help in maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen and workstations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a professional kitchen.
• Culinary diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
