Job Description

Rafif General Trading and Contracting is seeking a highly skilled Python Developer & Data Engineer to join our dynamic team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in developing AI solutions, data engineering, and process automation. The primary focus will be to understand our existing business operations and develop AI-driven agents to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand existing processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, and implement AI agents and automation solutions using relevant development platforms.
• Manage and engineer large datasets, ensuring data quality, integrity, and security.
• Develop scalable data pipelines and workflows for data collection, transformation, and analysis.
• Demonstrate previous experience with AI/ML models, data integration, and automation projects.
• Continuously optimize and improve AI agents to adapt to evolving business needs.
• Document technical specifications and provide ongoing support for deployed solutions.
• Individual should have sound knowledge of software & hardware IT infrastructure.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Python development and data engineering.
• Proven experience in Python development, data engineering, and AI/ML integration.
• Strong understanding of business process automation and AI agent development.
• Hands-on experience with data pipeline tools, databases, and cloud platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
