COMMIS III Location: Kuwait Position: Commis III Job Summary We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Commis III Chefs to join a prestigious upscale fine-dining restaurant in Kuwait. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are looking to build their culinary career in a professional international environment. Key Responsibilities Assist the Chef de Partie and senior kitchen team in daily kitchen operations. Support food preparation according to the restaurant's standards and procedures. Prepare ingredients through washing, cutting, peeling, portioning and basic preparation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned kitchen section. Follow instructions from senior chefs and complete tasks efficiently. Assist with food production during service and ensure timely preparation. Follow proper food hygiene, sanitation and kitchen safety practices. Maintain proper storage and handling of ingredients. Minimize food wastage and use ingredients responsibly. Work as part of a professional and multicultural kitchen team. Maintain discipline, punctuality and a positive attitude during busy operations. Be willing to learn new culinary techniques and develop professionally. Candidate Requirements Freshers with industrial training experience are considered. Candidates with previous hotel, restaurant or fine-dining experience are preferred. Good communication skills. Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food hygiene. Passion for cooking and willingness to learn. Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. Positive attitude, discipline and commitment to the job. Requirements
- Freshers with industrial training experience can apply
