The Head Chef – Bakery & Pastry is responsible for leading the bakery and pastry operations, ensuring exceptional product quality, innovation, and consistency while maintaining food safety, cost control, and team development.
Oversee all bakery and pastry production including breads, pastries, cakes, desserts, and specialty items.
Develop and innovate menus, recipes, and seasonal offerings in line with brand standards and market trends.
Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and presentation across all bakery and pastry products.
Manage daily operations, production planning, and workflow of the bakery and pastry kitchen.
Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety (HACCP).
Control food costs, wastage, portioning, and inventory.
Manage ordering, storage, and stock rotation of raw materials.
