Job Description

The Chef de Partie – Bakery is responsible for managing the bakery section, preparing high-quality baked goods, and ensuring consistent standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and produce a wide range of bakery items including breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts.

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the bakery section.

  • Ensure consistency in quality, portioning, and presentation of bakery products.

  • Follow standardized recipes and production schedules.

  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety as per HACCP guidelines.

  • Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering raw materials.

  • Minimize wastage and control food costs.
