Job Description

• Prior experience as a Pan Asian Chef or in a similar role for at least 3-5 years
• Proven track record in preparing, cooking and presenting Pan Asian dishes such as Thai curries, sushi, and dim sum, among others
• Thorough knowledge of different cooking techniques, ingredients and flavors unique to Pan Asian cuisine
• Ability to manage inventory and food costs effectively
• Experience with menu planning and food costing
