Job Description

• ·         Good communication skills (Fluency in English
• ·         Minimum 2 years’ experience in the same environment
• ·         Responsible to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Maintenance Department
• ·         Knowledge of standard kitchen equipment such as Freezers/Walk-in Chillers/Cold rooms/ Electrical appliances/ fixation of coffee machine
• ·         Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls etc.
• ·         Perform basic carpentry and masonry works.
• ·         Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues
• ·         Install appliances and equipment
• ·         Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs
• ·         Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems
• ·         Perform cleaning activities such as dusting, de-clogging.
• ·         Check functionality of safety systems.
• ·         Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems
• ·         Experience using hand and electrical tools
• ·           Ability to read technical manuals and drawings.
• ·         Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
• ·         Ability to take apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts.
• ·         Grasping electrical and plumbing concepts
• ·         Diagnosing malfunctions and defects in equipment
• ·         Carries out preventive maintenance of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning equipment and systems.
• ·          Repairs faulty Refrigeration and Air Conditioning equipment and Plant.
• ·         Carries out routine checks and logs of the status of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning equipment.
• ·         Operating tools, gauges and other testing equipment for refrigeration systems
• ·         Ability to use common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches.
• ·         Experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices.
