Job Description

As a Barista:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to company standards.

• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment safely.

• Ensure consistency in beverage presentation and quality.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the barista station.

• Assist in stock management (coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies).

• Suggest and upsell beverages or café specials to customers.

As a Waiter:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.

• Present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately, and relay them to the kitchen.

• Serve food and drinks promptly and according to service standards.

• Clear tables, reset them for the next guests, and maintain cleanliness of the dining area.

• Handle billing, process payments, and ensure proper cash/credit handling.

• Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism.
