Job Description

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including chillers, split units, AHUs, FCUs, ducting, and ventilation systems.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems.

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and manufacturers’ manuals.

• Carry out system testing, performance checks, and adjustments.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulations.

• Maintain accurate records of services performed, equipment status, and spare parts usage.

• Support other technicians and coordinate with engineers during project execution.

• Respond promptly to breakdowns and service requests.

• Must have relevant experience in maintenance
