Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate MEP site activities, ensuring proper execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works.

• Distribute work assignments to technicians, electricians, and plumbers, and monitor progress.

• Review drawings and specifications to ensure correct installation and execution.

• Inspect work quality, materials, and methods to meet project standards.

• Report site progress, manpower requirements, and material needs to the MEP Engineer/Site Manager.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical/site issues in coordination with engineers.

• Maintain proper documentation of site activities, including daily reports.

• Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.

• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and other site teams to ensure smooth workflow.

• Must have relevant experience in maintenance
