Job Description

• Plan, design, and oversee civil engineering works including structures, roads, drainage, and foundations.

• Supervise construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

• Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.

• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and ensure timelines are met.

• Conduct site inspections to ensure work safety, quality, and adherence to engineering standards.

• Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.

• Estimate quantities, prepare BOQs (Bills of Quantities), and support cost control.

• Identify technical issues and provide effective solutions.

• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

• Required - Dubai Municipality License & UAE Driving License
