Job Description

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, tools, and equipment.

• Verify deliveries against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.

• Store materials systematically and maintain proper labeling for easy identification.

• Issue materials to site teams, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.

• Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory management systems.

• Monitor stock levels and prepare requisitions for replenishment as required.

• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records.

• Ensure safe storage practices, including handling of hazardous materials.

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store at all times.

• Coordinate with procurement, site engineers, and project teams for timely material availability.

• Prevent loss, damage, or misuse of materials through effective controls.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in GCC (Construction sector preferred)
