Brew a variety of traditional teas, including masala chai, ginger tea, and green tea, following authentic recipes.
Maintain consistency in taste, aroma, and presentation.
Educate customers about different tea varieties and their health benefits.
Prepare a range of Malabar snacks such as unniyappam, banana fritters, samosas, and pazhampori.
Ensure snacks are cooked to perfection, maintaining traditional flavors and textures.
Monitor inventory levels of snack ingredients and place orders as needed.
