Job Title: Accessories Worker

Job Summary:

We are looking for skilled Accessories Workers to assist in the assembly, installation, and finishing of various accessories for automotive, furniture, interior décor, and industrial projects. The role requires experience in handling small components, decorative elements, and functional fittings with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Assembly & Installation:

• Assemble and install accessory components for furniture, automotive interiors, or industrial products.

• Attach handles, knobs, hinges, trims, and decorative fittings using hand tools or adhesives.

• Ensure proper alignment and placement of metal, plastic, or fabric accessories.

Customization & Finishing:

• Polish, paint, or coat metal and plastic accessories to enhance appearance.

• Inspect products for scratches, dents, or finishing defects and make necessary corrections.

• Ensure consistency in color, texture, and style for decorative accessories.

 Tools & Material Handling:

• Use hand tools, drills, glue guns, riveters, and cutting tools for accessory assembly.

• Maintain an inventory of small components, fasteners, adhesives, and finishing materials.

• Handle delicate accessories carefully to prevent scratches or breakage.

Quality Control & Compliance:

• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company quality standards.

• Follow safety guidelines when using machinery and tools.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accessory assembly, finishing, or installation
Skilled in using hand tools, adhesives, and fasteners
Ability to read technical drawings and assembly instructions
Strong attention to detail and precision
Experience in automotive, furniture, or industrial accessory installation is a plus.
