Job Title: AC Technician

Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced AC Technicians to install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems across various projects in the UAE. The role requires expertise in handling split, ducted, package, and chilled water systems, ensuring efficient performance and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation & Commissioning:

• Install and commission split ACs, ducted systems, package units, and FCUs/AHUs

• Read and interpret HVAC blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals

• Perform piping, ductwork, and insulation for air conditioning systems

• Charge refrigerants and ensure proper pressure levels in AC systems

• Conduct testing and balancing to optimize cooling efficiency

Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

• Diagnose and repair compressors, motors, fans, thermostats, and electrical components

• Detect leaks in refrigerant lines and recharge refrigerants per safety standards

• Clean and service evaporator coils, condensers, and filters

• Check and adjust airflow, temperature, and humidity settings

• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure long-term system efficiency

Repairs & Emergency Services:

• Respond to emergency breakdowns and repair calls

• Replace or repair defective parts, sensors, and control panels

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental guidelines

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in AC installation & maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles, electrical circuits, and HVAC Ability to handle tools, gauges, and AC diagnostic equipment
• Familiarity with chilled water systems, VRF/VRV systems, and inverter AC Physical fitness to work in high-rise buildings and confined spaces
