Job Description

This role is integral to the smooth operation of the pastry department and offers a foundational experience for those aspiring to advance in the culinary arts.

  • Assist in Pastry and Bakery Preparation: Support senior chefs in preparing ingredients and crafting a variety of baked goods, including breads, pastries, and desserts. This includes measuring, mixing, and baking tasks under supervision.

  • Maintain Hygiene and Safety Standards: Ensure that workstations and equipment are kept clean and organized, adhering strictly to health and safety regulations. Regularly perform cleaning tasks and follow established hygiene protocols.

  • Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring stock levels, receiving deliveries, and properly storing ingredients to maintain freshness and comply with food safety. standards.
