We are seeking a skilled IT Technical Support Professional – ERP to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of ERP applications, assisting users, and optimizing system performance.
- Provide technical support for ERP users, including troubleshooting software and system issues.
- Assist in ERP implementation, configuration, and upgrades as required.
- Work with various departments to understand business processes and optimize ERP functionality.
- Identify and resolve system errors, bugs, and performance issues.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on ERP features and best practices.
- Collaborate with IT teams and vendors for system enhancements and integrations.
- Monitor ERP system security, backups, and data integrity.
- Document technical issues, solutions, and user manuals for future reference.
- Stay updated with the latest ERP trends, updates, and technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in training users and providing documentation is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems
