Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our team. The Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing paints, and applying coatings to various surfaces, ensuring high-quality finishes. The ideal candidate should have experience in both interior and exterior painting, knowledge of different painting techniques, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling holes, and priming as needed.
• Mix and match paints to achieve desired colors and consistency.
• Apply paint, varnish, or other coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Protect surrounding areas with masking tape, drop cloths, and coverings.
• Repair and touch up paintwork as necessary.
• Ensure smooth and even application of paint with attention to detail.
• Follow safety protocols when working with chemicals, tools, and scaffolding.
• Maintain painting tools and equipment in good condition.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to meet project requirements.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
