• Follow recipes and procedures to maintain the authenticity and quality of products.
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately according to production guidelines.
• Assist in the manual preparation and production.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the production area as per food safety standards.
• Package finished sweets and prepare them for delivery or display.
• Monitor stock levels of raw materials and report shortages to the supervisor.
• Assist in quality control by checking taste, texture, and appearance of sweets.
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace, following all safety protocols.
• Operate basic kitchen equipment and tools used in sweet manufacturing.
