Job Description

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, gas pipelines, and electrical wiring in residential and commercial buildings.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure all systems function efficiently and comply with safety regulations.
• Diagnose leaks, blockages, and electrical faults, ensuring quick and effective repairs.
• Install and repair water heaters, boilers, HVAC units, control panels, and circuit breakers.
• Perform gas safety checks and detect leaks, ensuring compliance with local and international gas safety regulations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams for system installations and modifications.
• Maintain records of maintenance work, ensuring all activities align with safety protocols.
•  Collaborate with technicians, contractors, and facility managers to improve system efficiency.
• Ensure tools, spare parts, and safety equipment are properly maintained and readily available.
• Train junior staff on safety procedures and troubleshooting techniques.
