Job Description
Food preparation
Prepare food according to recipes and standards.
This includes cooking, preparing ingredients, and plating food.
Kitchen maintenance
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene practices.
This includes ensuring proper storage and temperatures, and replenishing stations.
Safety
Remove hazards and make safe any defects in the kitchen or its equipment.
Report any problems to a senior chef.
Guest service
Provide excellent guest service.
Daily and weekly procedures
Carry out daily and weekly procedures, including temperature checks, food labeling/dating, and storage.
