Job Description

  • Food preparation
    Prepare food according to recipes and standards. This includes cooking, preparing ingredients, and plating food. 
     
  • Kitchen maintenance
    Maintain cleanliness and hygiene practices. This includes ensuring proper storage and temperatures, and replenishing stations. 
     
  • Safety
    Remove hazards and make safe any defects in the kitchen or its equipment. Report any problems to a senior chef. 
     
  • Guest service
    Provide excellent guest service. 
     
  • Daily and weekly procedures
    Carry out daily and weekly procedures, including temperature checks, food labeling/dating, and storage.
