Job Description

A Maintenance Foreman is responsible for overseeing and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure the efficient operation and upkeep of facilities, equipment, and systems. Key responsibilities include:

• Supervision: Leading a team of maintenance personnel, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance to ensure timely and quality completion of work.

• Maintenance Operations: Overseeing the maintenance and repair of building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

• Safety Compliance: Ensuring all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations and company policies, conducting safety meetings, and maintaining records of inspections and incidents.

• Administrative Duties: Preparing reports on maintenance activities, managing inventory of supplies and equipment, and assisting in budget preparation.
• Collaboration: Coordinating with other departments to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations and liaising with external contractors for specialized repairs or projects.
