• Mandatory to have Bakery Experience
• Hands-on experience working in a Kitchen and a large group of Kitchen production team.
• Knowledge in report preparation.
• People management.
• Customer complaints handling experience.
• Good communication and listening skills, fluency in English.
• Education background / course in F&B, Culinary or Bakery.
• Worked in a GCC market (added advantage).
• Knowledge of best practices of hygiene and sanitation.
