Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities related to civil works (concreting, masonry, shuttering, steel fixing, finishing, etc.).

• Allocate tasks to workers and monitor their performance and productivity.

• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.

• Maintain safety standards and ensure all workers follow health & safety guidelines.

• Inspect materials, tools, and equipment required for site activities and report shortages.

• Prepare daily progress reports and update Site Engineer/Project Manager.

• Coordinate with subcontractors and other trades to ensure smooth site operations.

• Assist in quality checks and resolve technical/site-related issues in coordination with engineers.

• Ensure timely completion of assigned works within budget and schedule.

• Must have relevant experience in maintenance
