Job Description

• Assist in the preparation and baking of breads, pastries, and other bakery products.

• Follow recipes, portion controls, and standard operating procedures to maintain consistency.

• Support the CDP in supervising commis and bakery helpers during shifts.

• Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety practices at all times.

• Ensure correct storage and labeling of raw ingredients and finished products.

• Assist in monitoring inventory, checking ingredient quality, and minimizing wastage.

• Handle and maintain bakery equipment safely.

• Contribute creative ideas for new bakery products when required.

• Work as part of a team to ensure timely delivery of bakery items for service.

• Work Experience: 2-3 years
