Job Description

  • Prepare, bake, and present breads, rolls, pastries, and specialty bakery items.

  • Follow standard recipes and ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.

  • Supervise and train Commis chefs and bakery assistants in daily operations.

  • Assist the Pastry Chef or Sous Chef in planning production schedules and menus.

  • Monitor stock levels of baking ingredients and coordinate requisitions.

  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards (HACCP compliance).

  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of raw and finished products.

  • Minimize wastage and maintain cost control in bakery production.

  • Operate and maintain bakery equipment safely and efficiently.

  • Participate in menu development and contribute creative bakery ideas.

  • Work Experience: 3-4 Years
