Follow standard recipes and ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
Supervise and train Commis chefs and bakery assistants in daily operations.
Assist the Pastry Chef or Sous Chef in planning production schedules and menus.
Monitor stock levels of baking ingredients and coordinate requisitions.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards (HACCP compliance).
Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of raw and finished products.
Minimize wastage and maintain cost control in bakery production.
Operate and maintain bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
Participate in menu development and contribute creative bakery ideas.
