Maintain records of hygiene audits, pest control, and corrective actions.
Support training of staff on personal hygiene, sanitation, and food safety practices.
Collaborate with kitchen, housekeeping, and operations teams to maintain hygiene standards.
Ensure waste disposal is carried out as per guidelines to avoid contamination risks.
Liaise with external auditors, health inspectors, and suppliers when required.
Report hygiene-related issues to management and recommend improvements.
