Job Description

  • Supervise day-to-day operations of the bakery section.

  • Plan, coordinate, and assign tasks to bakers and support staff.

  • Ensure consistent quality and presentation of breads, pastries, cakes, and other bakery products.

  • Monitor production schedules to meet customer and business demands.

  • Maintain proper stock levels of ingredients and coordinate with the store/purchasing team for requisitions.

  • Enforce hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards (HACCP compliance).

  • Train, guide, and motivate bakery staff to enhance skills and efficiency.

  • Monitor equipment usage, perform basic troubleshooting, and report maintenance needs.

  • Control wastage and ensure cost-effective production.

  • Handle customer feedback and ensure product satisfaction in coordination with F&B management.
