Maintain proper stock levels of ingredients and coordinate with the store/purchasing team for requisitions.
Enforce hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards (HACCP compliance).
Train, guide, and motivate bakery staff to enhance skills and efficiency.
Monitor equipment usage, perform basic troubleshooting, and report maintenance needs.
Control wastage and ensure cost-effective production.
Handle customer feedback and ensure product satisfaction in coordination with F&B management.
