Job Description

• Receive deliveries of food, beverages, housekeeping items, and operating supplies.

• Verify quantity and quality of goods received against purchase orders and invoices.

• Ensure proper storage of perishable and non-perishable items according to HACCP/food safety standards.

• Maintain organized stockrooms with correct labeling and FIFO (First In, First Out) system.

• Issue supplies to various departments upon approved requisitions.

• Maintain accurate records of receipts, issues, and stock balances.

• Conduct regular stock counts and support monthly/annual inventory.

• Coordinate with Purchasing and Accounts for invoices, supplier returns, and discrepancies.

• Monitor stock levels and notify when reordering is required.

• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and security standards in the store area.

• Assist in cost control by minimizing wastage and pilferage.

• Hospitality experience mandatory
