Job Description

• Supervise a team of workers (masons, carpenters, helpers, steel fixers, etc.) and assign daily tasks.

• Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, instructions, and project requirements.

• Monitor workmanship and quality to meet safety and engineering standards.

• Ensure all workers use proper PPE and follow site safety procedures.

• Maintain discipline and resolve minor issues within the team.

• Coordinate with Foreman/Site Engineer for materials, tools, and equipment requirements.

• Maintain timekeeping and attendance records for the assigned workforce.

• Support training of new workers and guide them in proper work techniques.

• Report progress, delays, or issues to the Foreman/Site Engineer.

• Ensure cleanliness and proper housekeeping at the work area.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in GCC
• Salary : 1500 to 1800 + OT
