Job Description

• Manage overall camp operations including accommodation, catering, housekeeping, and facility upkeep.

• Supervise camp staff (housekeepers, cooks, cleaners, maintenance workers, security personnel, etc.).

• Ensure hygienic food preparation and compliance with health and safety standards in the camp kitchen and dining areas.

• Monitor the condition of rooms, utilities, and common facilities; coordinate maintenance and repair works.

• Maintain updated records of camp occupancy, allocation of rooms, and daily headcounts.

• Implement and enforce camp rules, discipline, and company policies.

• Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards across all camp activities.

• Handle emergency situations (medical, fire, accidents) and coordinate with relevant departments.

• Manage inventory of catering supplies, cleaning materials, and camp equipment; control wastage.

• Liaise with HR/Administration for employee welfare, grievances, and logistical support.

• Prepare and submit regular reports on camp operations, staff performance, and requirements.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in GCC
