Job Description

• Supervise daily civil construction activities such as concrete works, masonry, formwork, reinforcement, finishing, and earthworks.

• Interpret construction drawings and allocate work accordingly to workers and subcontractors.

• Ensure civil works are executed in line with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

• Monitor manpower productivity and provide feedback to site management.

• Coordinate with Site Engineers regarding material requirements, equipment needs, and work priorities.

• Conduct toolbox talks and enforce safety protocols, ensuring use of PPE and safe working practices.

• Inspect completed works for quality and report any deviations or rework requirements.

• Maintain site discipline, resolve minor conflicts, and promote teamwork.

• Prepare and submit daily site progress and labor reports to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.

• Experience: Minimum 8 years in GCC
