Job Description

• Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies, procedures, and regulations at site.

• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identifications to ensure compliance with safety standards.

• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.

• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions for employees and subcontractors.

• Ensure the use of proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and safe working practices across all activities.

• Coordinate emergency drills, fire drills, and ensure proper functioning of emergency response plans.

• Maintain and update safety records, permits, and compliance documentation.

• Liaise with site management, consultants, and contractors regarding safety concerns and corrective measures.

• Promote a positive safety culture and awareness among the workforce.

• Experience: Minimum 4-5 years in GCC
