Job Description

The Barista is responsible for crafting and serving high-quality coffee and espresso-based beverages, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This role requires a passion for coffee, attention to detail, and the ability to engage with customers to enhance their experience.

• Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards.

• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders, provide menu information, and make recommendations based on customer preferences.

• Quality Control: Ensure each drink is crafted with precision and care, maintaining high standards of taste and presentation.

• Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain coffee-making equipment, including espresso machines and grinders; perform regular cleaning and troubleshooting.

• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies; notify management when replenishment is needed.

• Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station, seating area, and equipment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

• Sales and Promotions: Actively promote specialty beverages and seasonal offerings to enhance the guest experience and drive sales.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
