Job Description

The Waiter/Waitress is a key member of the front-of-house team, responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests. This role involves greeting and seating customers, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have a memorable and pleasant experience.

• Greet and escort customers to their tables with a warm and friendly demeanor.

• Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and potential allergens.

• Offer recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages.

• Take accurate food and drink orders using a POS system or order slips.

• Relay orders to kitchen staff promptly and accurately.

• Ensure that all orders are prepared correctly and delivered to the appropriate table.

• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.

• Monitor tables to ensure guests are satisfied with their meals and address any concerns promptly.

• Clear and clean tables after guests have finished dining, preparing them for the next guests.
