Accurately measure and prepare ingredients for cooking.
Wash, peel, chop, and prepare fruits, vegetables, fish, and meat.
Prepare basic salads, sauces, and condiments as directed by the Chef de Partie.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned workstations.
Ensure that all tools and equipment are in good working condition.
Follow the Chef de Partie's instructions for cooking and plating dishes.
