Job Description

The Juice & Beverage Maker is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of fresh juices, smoothies, and other beverages, ensuring high-quality standards and exceptional customer service. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and organization of the juice bar area, managing inventory, and adhering to food safety regulations.

• Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including fresh fruit juices, smoothies, shakes, and other specialty drinks.

• Recipe Adherence: Follow standardized recipes to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.

• Customization: Accommodate customer preferences and dietary restrictions when possible.

• Order Taking: Greet customers, take orders, and provide information about menu items.

• Recommendations: Suggest beverages based on customer preferences and promote daily specials.

• Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

• Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including cleaning equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.

• Stocking: Ensure the juice bar is stocked with necessary ingredients and supplies.

• Waste Management: Dispose of waste appropriately and minimize waste through efficient practices.
