Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and support the restaurant team in delivering a high-quality dining experience. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a fast-paced environment.


Duties & Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

  • Supervise restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and service quality.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards.

  • Assist in handling inventory, stock levels, and supplier coordination.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.

Customer Service & Guest Experience:

  • Provide an exceptional dining experience for guests.

  • Address and resolve customer complaints professionally.

  • Ensure staff delivers prompt and courteous service.

  • Gather customer feedback and implement improvements.

Staff Supervision & Training:

  • Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring restaurant staff.

  • Create staff schedules and ensure efficient team coordination.

  • Motivate and support the team to enhance performance.

  • Conduct briefings before shifts to update staff on daily operations.

Financial & Sales Performance:

  • Assist in managing restaurant budgets and cost control.

  • Monitor daily sales and ensure proper cash handling.

  • Promote upselling and suggestive selling techniques.

  • Work with management to achieve revenue goals.

Marketing & Business Development:

  • Support promotional activities and events.

  • Ensure proper branding and menu presentation.

  • Assist in implementing strategies to attract new customers.
