Job Summary:

  • Seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant General Manager to lead operations in the UK.

  • Responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing financial performance, and leading a motivated team.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

  • Oversee overall restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

  • Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety in compliance with UK regulations.

  • Monitor inventory, stock levels, and supplier relationships to optimize costs and minimize waste.

Customer Service & Experience:

  • Ensure an outstanding guest experience by maintaining high service standards.

  • Handle customer complaints professionally and implement feedback to improve service.

  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Financial & Business Performance:

  • Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability.

  • Analyze financial reports and implement strategies for revenue growth.

  • Set and achieve sales targets while maintaining cost efficiency.

Team Leadership & Staff Management:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff, ensuring they meet performance and service expectations.

  • Schedule and supervise team members, promoting a positive work environment.

  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to enhance productivity.

Marketing & Business Development:

  • Develop and implement promotional campaigns to attract customers.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness and drive sales.

  • Establish partnerships and local networking to boost business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven GCC experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role in restaurant groups.

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Knowledge of UK food safety and health regulations.

  • Financial acumen and experience in budget management, revenue optimization, and cost control.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.

  • Experience in high-end or fast-paced restaurant environments in the Middle East.
