Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety in compliance with UK regulations.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and supplier relationships to optimize costs and minimize waste.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
Experience in high-end or fast-paced restaurant environments in the Middle East.
